XACUTI CHICKEN

The Recipe

A south Indian curry which is highly flavoured, spicy and fairly hot, prepared using coconut. This mouth watering delight is one our house specialty dish.

Usual Ingrediants:

Chicken skinless (bone-in cut into medium sized pieces), cup grated coconut (frozen is fine, or use dried coconut flakes), cinnamon stick, cloves, dried red chilies, cumin seeds, whole peppercorns, fennel seeds, whole star anise, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, cloves of garlic, chopped onions, tamarind paste, Salt to taste, oil
