VEGETABLE JALFRYZI

The Recipe:

Mixed vegetables cooked in a medium hot spiced sauce. The great thing about this curry is the slightly sweet and sour flavour from the peppers. Vegetables such as courgettes, aubergines or potatoes, delicate veggies like peas and spinach are the main ingrediants.

Usual Ingrediants:
Carrots, Potatoes, Peas, Large Green Bell Pepper(capsicum), Beans, oil, Ginger(chopped finely), Onion (chopped), Tomatoes (chopped), Special Saffron Tomato puree, Sugar, Tomato ketchup, Fresh chopped coriander, Salt, Stalks of Spring onions chopped (just the greens), Green chili(chopped)
