KORAI CHICKEN OR LAMB

The Recipe:

Kadai Chicken/ Lamb or Chicken/Lamb Kadai is one of our very famous restaurant delight. Chicken/Lamb is cooked with onion and tomato based sauce along with flavoured with rich spices. Slightly hot, sweet and sour taste cooked with lentils and herbs. Chopped coriander leaves and capcicum adds to the final look and taste. Water is completely drained, however you may ask us to keep it little gravy.


Usual Ingrediants:
Chicken/Lamb, Oil, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Tomato, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Salt, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Cashew nut, Coriander Seeds and Coriander Leaves.
