BUTTER CHICKEN

The Recipe:

Chicken marinated with spices and cooked in a tomato based sauce garnished with butter. Slightly hot, sweet and sour cooked with lentils and herbs.

Usual Ingrediants:
chicken, tomatoes (blended), onions chopped, ginger-garlic paste, cashew nuts (made into a paste using water), butter, thick cream, chili powder, oil, Cilantro for garnishing

Marinade:

Special Saffron tandoori masala, garam masala, lime juice, cumin powder, yogurt, Salt to taste
